However, after driving the car home, I discovered that smudges on the windshield were scratches, not just streaks left from a car wash as I had thought previously. I am now waiting for a new windshield to be installed, and am sure the situation will be resolved satisfactorily.

Teddy Edstrom was my sales person as well, great individual and passionate about his job - our relationship is new but my instincts say he is genuine, so looking forward to continuing it. Yes, the Lincoln family does an excellent job at allowing their customers to feel like family - a very social experience while feeling like I was their most important client. This review is somewhat premature as I have some issues with some UN-noticed paint scratches on the roof/rear passenger side door (the color is Bordeaux which makes it hard to see the defects at a glance, but a beautiful color) and a loose GPS/internet antenna on the 2011 MKS - I have made the team at Lincoln aware but as yet unable to talk to anyone face to face about the resolution - will up date the review when these issues are finalized. I did have some stone chips on the nose of the car which I took back to Bob-Boyd Lincoln and Teddy got an employee to administer cosmetic repair right then and there, but the other scratches that I informed him about could not be addressed since it was after 5:00 and on a Saturday with people in the decision process. Also, Teddy bent over backwards to school me on the workings of the data center/GPS display and also the software update for my car - he could not have been more helpful along with his team when he needed assistance with some technical problems. The facilities are excellent and put me in an environment that I found enjoyable while enjoying a pressure free approach to car sales once I actually walked onto the new car sales room, Teddy and I were conversing over the internet long before I made a visit while never pressuring me into a sale - when we found a car that fit my requirements I then made the trip with my 2004 LS as a trade in. The rest is history. He worked his best deal quickly and directly while keeping my financial requirements foremost and we both got what we wanted - one of the best car sales experiences I have had over the 46 years of buying and selling. As of this date I would highly recommend Bob-Boyd Lincoln dealership for anyone looking for an exceptional experience in car buying.

Recently purchased a used MKZ. Rob Zellner was very helpful but never pushy. I took it for a test drive for a couple of hours without ever hearing from him. I like the low pressure sales approach, but someone who can answer every question I have and that was Rob. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that it took too long to get in to deal with financing to finalize the purchase and as usual they\\\'re trying to sell add on warranties and such. But I have never purchased a car where there was not some delay getting through the paperwork so that just is what it is. Good experience overall and I would recommend the dealership to anyone based on my experience so far.

My husband and I went to Bob-Boyd Lincoln to research leasing a 2013 Lincoln MKT. Upon entering we were greeted my wonderful staff. Sam Wright was the gentleman that helped us in our research. Even though we told him we were just looking at this point, he made sure to go over every detail of the vehicle. He was excited for us to see all the bells and whistles the MKT had. We took two vehicles out for a test drive, shook hands and left. Our daughter had a soccer game on a Sunday afternoon, so we figured it was best to come in after the game since we would be in the area. We found a car that we did not expect to find on line at Bob Boyd Lincoln. After we contacted them, we were able to work out a deal long distance as I live 400 miles from Columbus. We were able to inspect the vehicle in the delivery area which is out of the weather but glass enclosed and they allowed us to take our time at no time making us feel rushed or pressured into getting the deal done. We bought a very lightly used CPO Lincoln and drove it home that day. Looking around the dealership and watching the goings on of the place and it is obvious that this is a first class organization. You have a star in Bob Boyd associate John Dillion. Four months ago I decided to search for a Certified MKZ. There we but a few in the Boyd inventory at that time.....but John easily built a comfort level in me which allowed me to take my time, look around while he too actively searched for a model to meet my needs. He called me a number of times alerting me to possible Certified models for my review. Finally last week I found the MKZ that clicked. Through it all John was patient and attentive. Having driven Cadillacs for over 20 years, I decided to look around for what else was out there. After traveling 45 miles to get there, I discovered a new and refreshing world at Bob-Boyd Lincoln of Columbus, in a new and beautiful facility. Greeted at the door by salesman Rob Zellner, his smile and low-key sales approach was just what I needed to start my car-buying experience. Rob was very attentive and accommodating, as was everyone else working there as they tried to make my experience with them pleasurable. They made numerous calls, and before the end of the day, they found just the car I was looking for. After owning and loving a 2000 Town Car, I am back to Lincoln, this time in a 2013 MKS. I only hope I love my new car as much as my last Lincoln. I would very much recommend Bob-Boyd Lincoln of Columbus.

Sadly, my 2000 LS needed more repairs than the car was worth, so I decided to buy a new MKZ. I had hoped to get the 2013 hybrid, but they won\'t be out until December and I needed a car immediately. Rob Zelner worked with me through the process. I also rode with Rob and a friend of mine who was looking at the MKX. Rob knew all the features of each car and was able to explain them clearly. All the Lincoln employees I encountered, through service to the gentleman who took my check, were professional and friendly. Although I think the MKZ hybrid sells itself(fun watching those leaves blossom for excellent gas mileage), the employees at Bob Boyd will work with you because they want to get you into a Lincoln; they are proud of their cars. The new showroom and service area reflect the quality customers expect from Lincoln. However, in the end, I think it is the solid car and the Lincoln employees who keep me coming back. Love my 2012 MKZ hybrid..

I began my search for a low mileage certified used car after stressing for months about the miles on my lease. From the time I saw the 2000 Mustang GT on line and saw that it was at Bob-Boyd Lincoln, just 2 miles away, I knew it was mine. Arriving at the dealership, there it was. The black beauty prominently displayed in front of the building. I hopped out of my car to check it out. Mine, all mine. After a few minutes of examining the car, I went inside. Teddy Edstrom was walking towards Dave Wilsons office (The Business Manager). He stopped in his tracks and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in the Mustang that was parked out front. He said he would get the keys and be right with me. From that time on, I felt like I was dealing with a friend. Teddy was very helpful with answering all my questions. I wanted to surprise my wife and take the car for a test drive and pick her up at Bone Fish Grill in Dublin. The only problem; the car was missing an accelerator pedal. Teddy tried his parts shop, the gentleman was eager to help, but the best he could do was order one. Teddy tried another dealership that specifically deals in Fords. They could do nothing but order one that might take up to a week to get it, and possibly not even get one of the two available. Leaving Teddy to hunt for a pedal, I took off to pick up my wife. Arriving back at the dealership, Teddy explained to me that he had not found a pedal, but he assured me he was going to track one down if he had to stay all night (by the way, He stayed with me only to miss a nice dinner meeting at the Columbus Auto Show). We started up the car, listened to, growl, pulsate, and run like the thoroughbred it is. He asked me if I was ready to make a deal. I was 99% ready and 1% waiting for the pedal. My wife and I left a $100.00 refundable deposit and went home to think about it. The next day, early, my wife called me at work. Teddy will be by when you get home from work to pick you up and take you to your car. He was true to his word, he found the pedal, and picked me up at the time he said he would. He followed through. Once he and I completed our business, I met with Dave Wilson. He presented me with a nice warranty package that would meet all my needs for the next two years. All-in-all, my experience at Bob-Boyd Lincoln was very positive and actually enjoyable. Would I check out Bob-Boyd Lincoln again for a new or used car? Yes! Would I seek out Teddy to help me find what I want? Yes! Would I sit and listen to Dave explain to me warranty options? Yes! Would I buy from Bob-Boyd Lincoln again? Absolutely

I have found Steve and his sales team (Teddy and Gary in particular)to be honest and fully knowledgable of the product. I have dealt with Teddy since 2004. Nobody fights harder for your customer satisfaction than Steve the Sales Manager. Everyone wants you to feel like family and they are successful in accomplishing that goal. You leave knowing that you got a fair deal. I am a very fussy individual and want what I want and sometimes hard to deal with, but this sales team goes the extra mile to make you a happy customer. I would not consider buying a car at another dealorship. The show room is spotless along with the rest of their facilities. Service team is top shelve also. My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle, we found the vehicle on the internet and decided to take the hour drive to 2 different dealers, things did not work out at the first dealer so we decided to take the extra 30 min ride over to Bob Boyd to look at the second vehicle, we was over whelmed with customer service from the minute we walked in until we drove off the lot in the car we came to look at. Chris and Jim went over and beyond helping us get what we wanted with our trade in and the price we wanted to pay out the door. This was the first time that buying a car was not a big hassle for us and we drove off in the car we wanted and not the one forced on us. The follow up call from Chris the next day to see if we got home ok and if everything was fine with the car was another first, we will be coming back to this dealership as long as they will have us.
