I recently leased a new Lincoln MKZ. My salesperson, Rob Zellner, was very thorough, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend him highly. However, after driving the car home, I discovered that smudges on the windshield were scratches, not just streaks left from a car wash as I had thought previously. I am now waiting for a new windshield to be installed, and am sure the situation will be resolved satisfactorily.

Sales, Service and management of this dealership is helpful, skilled and knowledgeable. They do not just sell cars they create professional relationships with their customers. The amenities offered while either buying or waiting on service are wonderful. I have always been offered a courtesy vehicle when in for both routine or the occasional overnight repair. The loaners are always clean well maintained and fueled.

Teddy Edstrom was my sales person as well, great individual and passionate about his job - our relationship is new but my instincts say he is genuine, so looking forward to continuing it. Yes, the Lincoln family does an excellent job at allowing their customers to feel like family - a very social experience while feeling like I was their most important client. This review is somewhat premature as I have some issues with some UN-noticed paint scratches on the roof/rear passenger side door (the color is Bordeaux which makes it hard to see the defects at a glance, but a beautiful color) and a loose GPS/internet antenna on the 2011 MKS - I have made the team at Lincoln aware but as yet unable to talk to anyone face to face about the resolution - will up date the review when these issues are finalized. I did have some stone chips on the nose of the car which I took back to Bob-Boyd Lincoln and Teddy got an employee to administer cosmetic repair right then and there, but the other scratches that I informed him about could not be addressed since it was after 5:00 and on a Saturday with people in the decision process. Also, Teddy bent over backwards to school me on the workings of the data center/GPS display and also the software update for my car - he could not have been more helpful along with his team when he needed assistance with some technical problems. The facilities are excellent and put me in an environment that I found enjoyable while enjoying a pressure free approach to car sales once I actually walked onto the new car sales room, Teddy and I were conversing over the internet long before I made a visit while never pressuring me into a sale - when we found a car that fit my requirements I then made the trip with my 2004 LS as a trade in. The rest is history. He worked his best deal quickly and directly while keeping my financial requirements foremost and we both got what we wanted - one of the best car sales experiences I have had over the 46 years of buying and selling. As of this date I would highly recommend Bob-Boyd Lincoln dealership for anyone looking for an exceptional experience in car buying.

Recently purchased a used MKZ. Rob Zellner was very helpful but never pushy. I took it for a test drive for a couple of hours without ever hearing from him. I like the low pressure sales approach, but someone who can answer every question I have and that was Rob. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that it took too long to get in to deal with financing to finalize the purchase and as usual they\\\'re trying to sell add on warranties and such. But I have never purchased a car where there was not some delay getting through the paperwork so that just is what it is. Good experience overall and I would recommend the dealership to anyone based on my experience so far.

My husband and I went to Bob-Boyd Lincoln to research leasing a 2013 Lincoln MKT. Upon entering we were greeted my wonderful staff. Sam Wright was the gentleman that helped us in our research. Even though we told him we were just looking at this point, he made sure to go over every detail of the vehicle. He was excited for us to see all the bells and whistles the MKT had. We took two vehicles out for a test drive, shook hands and left. My husband and I thought about the car for a few days and finally made a call to Sam to get a deal working and find the exact MKT we wanted. Sam was quick and precise with all details. Our daughter had a soccer game on a Sunday afternoon, so we figured it was best to come in after the game since we would be in the area. Sam and a few other staff members stayed to help us get our lease on the MKT. Sam went over all the details of the car, took us on a tour of the builiding, showed us the repair shop and so much more. After buying our last several vehicles at Ricart, we were ready for a dealer with more knowledge and less high pressure sales. After researching Lincoln dealerships we decided to contact them. Teddy was absolutely amazing to deal with. Was very helpful and didnt drive us insane. I tell people now comparing Bob Boyd Lincoln to Ricart is like comparing the Columbus Fish Market to Long john Silvers. We knew what we wanted when we contacted them and they helped us find it. They gave an extremely fair price for our trade in also. More than we expected. My husband will be using Bob Boyd Ford when he decides to upgrade to the F250.

What an absolutely great experience at Bob-Boyd Lincoln. Every single employee in the dealership was clearly genuinely interested in my full satisfaction. My wife and I made our first contact via the website and just a few hours later, we had purchased our first Lincoln. We found a car that we did not expect to find on line at Bob Boyd Lincoln. After we contacted them, we were able to work out a deal long distance as I live 400 miles from Columbus. We were able to inspect the vehicle in the delivery area which is out of the weather but glass enclosed and they allowed us to take our time at no time making us feel rushed or pressured into getting the deal done. We bought a very lightly used CPO Lincoln and drove it home that day. Looking around the dealership and watching the goings on of the place and it is obvious that this is a first class organization. All of the people that we had any contact with wanted to make sure to answer any questions and they followed up on our purchase to make sure we were satisfied that we were pleased. You have a star in Bob Boyd associate John Dillion. Four months ago I decided to search for a Certified MKZ. There we but a few in the Boyd inventory at that time.....but John easily built a comfort level in me which allowed me to take my time, look around while he too actively searched for a model to meet my needs. He called me a number of times alerting me to possible Certified models for my review. Finally last week I found the MKZ that clicked. Through it all John was patient and attentive. He answered my many questions and even volunteered to program my cell phone via the Bluetooth system (I am pretty low tech). Further, each associate with whom I came into contact was friendly and helpful......and Dave the financial coordinator too was very efficient and effective. In all it was a very pleasent search and buy experience. And of course the yummy warm cookies were the absolute topper. Well done all!

I purachased an MKX from Bob-Boyd in February and could net have had a better buying experience. My Salesman Teddy Edstrom was amazing! No pressure, no haggling, just straight forward and honest. They mad me feel like a member of the family. The showroom is beautiful and they are all about not just getting you to buy a car, but making sure that you are buying the car you want at a fair price, and that you are happy with your purchase. It was truly a car buying experience unlike any other that I had experienced!

A very good buying experience. Sales and front end personnel (receptionist) were very pleasant in dealing. The car drives great. I have had the car for only last three days, but so far I am very satisfied. I bought this car to replace a Mercedes-Benz E-Class. The car has lot more than E-Class and handles better than the one I am replacing. I like the safety features in MKS.

This is my third Lincoln lease (2007 MKZ, 2010 MKZ, and now 2013 MKX). The sales staff at Bob Boyd made my latest lease experience the best yet, my new MKX is exactly how I wanted it. It was a great experience getting my new car. Our salesman, Sam Wright did everything he could to make our experience a easy and fluid as possible. He answered all the questions we could throw at him without any problem. He went over everything in the car, and has been available to answer any questions I may have when I call. It was also a very nice experience to not be pressured. I do not feel safe in any other car like I feel in my Lincoln.

My financee and I had a wonderful experience buying our used car. I called Rob Zellner because of his great reviews and he answered all my questions over the phone. He is very easy to deal with and wanted the best for us during the buying process. They matched the offer on my trade and the numbers were good so we bought it. Financing was taking a little bit longer than expected because the dealership was busy but all the salesmen made us feel at home by making cookies. I almost lost track of time watching the basketball game from a comfy chair and eating cookies.

Our experience at Bob-Boyd was a very easy one as every one was ready to assist us when we walked in the door. Since Rob Zellner and I had talked before, it made for easy conversation. He knows his product and presents it in a very understandable and logical manner. Instead of sitting and waiting for paper work to be completed we took that time to go over all the operations of the vehicle. He answered all our questions and since we took delivery two days later he again took time to review all the new changes on this vehicle. I would give all the personnel involved with this purchase a 10 as they were very professional.

What a great experience! I drove 101 miles to buy the Pacifica. Before I drove up I spoke with Kevin Fearn about the car. He was honest, sincere and upfront about the car we were looking at. When we arrived the car was exactly as described on Cars.com and how Kevin had relayed that information. Needless to say we bought the car and are happy we drove the 101 miles to go to Bob-Boyd. Our experience with Bob Boyd dealership was a good one. Sometimes salesman are pushy and arrogant. This was not the case with Mr. Edstrom. He was kind and thoughtful of what we wanted in a vehicle. He didnt try to sell us something we didnt want. I had dealt with another dealership for 15 years. We wanted to improve the comfort of our vehicle so we purchased a Lincoln MKX. We are very pleased with the comfort.

I went to Bob Boyd to look at a MKZ Rob Zellner came out we talked about the car. I told him my needs and we went from there. The next I drove my new car home. In fact my wife was looking at new Lincoln as we left. We will be back to buy again from Rob and Bob Boyd.

Wanted an MKZ hybrid, new or used, which met our needs and tastes, as well as our budgetary specs. Chris Hartnett provided substantial help, anticipating a lot of our questions and answering all of them. He showed good product knowledge, and led us through several financial options which we had not considered in advance. He showed great patience as we moved the goal posts several times. Sadly, my 2000 LS needed more repairs than the car was worth, so I decided to buy a new MKZ. I had hoped to get the 2013 hybrid, but they won\'t be out until December and I needed a car immediately. Rob Zelner worked with me through the process. I also rode with Rob and a friend of mine who was looking at the MKX. Rob knew all the features of each car and was able to explain them clearly. All the Lincoln employees I encountered, through service to the gentleman who took my check, were professional and friendly. Although I think the MKZ hybrid sells itself(fun watching those leaves blossom for excellent gas mileage), the employees at Bob Boyd will work with you because they want to get you into a Lincoln; they are proud of their cars. The new showroom and service area reflect the quality customers expect from Lincoln. However, in the end, I think it is the solid car and the Lincoln employees who keep me coming back. Love my 2012 MKZ hybrid..

I went to Bob Boyd looking to test drive a MKX an Bayrana met me at the door with the nicest smile and the most courteous attitude to help me with my test drive which turned into an excellent purchase. There was no pressure on the purchase. I had not purchase a car for about 8 years. The test drive was just wonderful. Bayrana was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and the products and services of the vehicle. She is also an excellent asset to the Bob Boyd team.

We started looking at purchasing a MKX about 2 months ago. Great job, great help, excellent sales person. We stopped by to look at a Navigator and after driving it Chris showed us a MKT. After few days of shopping around we made up our mind to get a lincoln mkt. We tested few different ones and different dealerships and came back to this one for few reasons. One was the price and then the experience that we had with Chris, his help, his knowledge. So just want to say great place to shop for your next car and ask for Chris.

Out off all my years of driving this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Rob Zellner was great, between him and the finance manager I was in and out in under 2 hours with keys in hand. The people of Bob Boyd are very personable, helpful and knowledgable the whole staff was so friendly and made you feel like part of the family. I will not only recommend Bob Boyd to everyone I know but I will not buy a car from anywhere else in the future.

I returned to Lincoln after driving a Lexus for a couple of years the ride was smoother and roomier. I had been a Lincoln driver for over fifteen years from driving a Continental, to a Navigator and now the MKX it just keeps getting better i could not have ask for better service from the people who helped me when i was ready to purchase my vehicle. I love when it comes on with the Lincoln logo, like saying good morning are you ready for another adventure.

I began my search for a low mileage certified used car after stressing for months about the miles on my lease. I obtained financing prior and knew what I wanted, but I needed to narrow down my list of the 3 cars in which I was interested. Bob Boyd Lincoln was the 4th dealership I visited in one week. I would have never visited, if it was not for a coworkers suggestion. I checked the website, did my research, and stopped in for a test drive. My husband suggested I think it over since I had an appointment with another dealership the next morning. Rob suggested I take the car overnight. After further research that evening, my decision was made. We were able to negotiate a price in which I was happy, I bought a 2011 with 10K miles and I did not leave wondering if it was a car I really wanted (or could afford). I have had four new cars in the last 13 years - two leases and two purchases. This was by far the best experience in the least amount of time.

I was looking for a Mustang. I found a 2000 Mustang GT at Bob-Boyd Lincoln. The car had three things going for it; Great shape, low mileage, and a very good value. The dealership was bright and clean. Had a sit down \'cafe type\' area for coffee, tea, & water. Teddy was my salesman. A very nice man indeed. Dave was the gentleman who helped me pick a warranty policy suited for my needs. Neither Teddy, nor Dave were pushy in any way. No drawnout courtship here. It\'s wasn\'t long before I said, I do! I did buy the Mustang and my wife and I are very happy with it. Would I shop for a new or used car at Bob-Boyd Lincoln in the future? Yes indeed I would.

From the time I saw the 2000 Mustang GT on line and saw that it was at Bob-Boyd Lincoln, just 2 miles away, I knew it was mine. Arriving at the dealership, there it was. The black beauty prominently displayed in front of the building. I hopped out of my car to check it out. Mine, all mine. After a few minutes of examining the car, I went inside. Teddy Edstrom was walking towards Dave Wilsons office (The Business Manager). He stopped in his tracks and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in the Mustang that was parked out front. He said he would get the keys and be right with me. From that time on, I felt like I was dealing with a friend. Teddy was very helpful with answering all my questions. I wanted to surprise my wife and take the car for a test drive and pick her up at Bone Fish Grill in Dublin. The only problem; the car was missing an accelerator pedal. Teddy tried his parts shop, the gentleman was eager to help, but the best he could do was order one. Teddy tried another dealership that specifically deals in Fords. They could do nothing but order one that might take up to a week to get it, and possibly not even get one of the two available. Leaving Teddy to hunt for a pedal, I took off to pick up my wife. Arriving back at the dealership, Teddy explained to me that he had not found a pedal, but he assured me he was going to track one down if he had to stay all night (by the way, He stayed with me only to miss a nice dinner meeting at the Columbus Auto Show). We started up the car, listened to, growl, pulsate, and run like the thoroughbred it is. He asked me if I was ready to make a deal. I was 99% ready and 1% waiting for the pedal. My wife and I left a $100.00 refundable deposit and went home to think about it. The next day, early, my wife called me at work. Teddy will be by when you get home from work to pick you up and take you to your car. He was true to his word, he found the pedal, and picked me up at the time he said he would. He followed through. Once he and I completed our business, I met with Dave Wilson. He presented me with a nice warranty package that would meet all my needs for the next two years. All-in-all, my experience at Bob-Boyd Lincoln was very positive and actually enjoyable. Would I check out Bob-Boyd Lincoln again for a new or used car? Yes! Would I seek out Teddy to help me find what I want? Yes! Would I sit and listen to Dave explain to me warranty options? Yes! Would I buy from Bob-Boyd Lincoln again? Absolutely

I have purchased probably 9 vehicles from the Bob Boyd Auto Family-including a Jeep Wrangler over a span of years since 1987. The majority of the cars have been Lincoln products. I have found Steve and his sales team (Teddy and Gary in particular)to be honest and fully knowledgable of the product. I have dealt with Teddy since 2004. Nobody fights harder for your customer satisfaction than Steve the Sales Manager. Everyone wants you to feel like family and they are successful in accomplishing that goal. You leave knowing that you got a fair deal. I am a very fussy individual and want what I want and sometimes hard to deal with, but this sales team goes the extra mile to make you a happy customer. I would not consider buying a car at another dealorship. The show room is spotless along with the rest of their facilities. Service team is top shelve also. Buying a car can be fun and a very pleasant experience if you just come to Bob Boyd of Columbus.

My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle, we found the vehicle on the internet and decided to take the hour drive to 2 different dealers, things did not work out at the first dealer so we decided to take the extra 30 min ride over to Bob Boyd to look at the second vehicle, we was over whelmed with customer service from the minute we walked in until we drove off the lot in the car we came to look at. Chris and Jim went over and beyond helping us get what we wanted with our trade in and the price we wanted to pay out the door. This was the first time that buying a car was not a big hassle for us and we drove off in the car we wanted and not the one forced on us. The follow up call from Chris the next day to see if we got home ok and if everything was fine with the car was another first, we will be coming back to this dealership as long as they will have us.

My sales rep was Rob.... very nice.... courteous. My vehicle was clean...full tank of gas and ready to go!!! My travel time was almost 3 hours...and I would go back..to this dealership... for there concerns and service....plus the dealership as a whole was spotless.....They even offer flavored coffees, bottle water and little snacks...while you await your turn for financing or service. And I did neglect to mention my vehicle was inside...out of the cold...in a clean garage area!!! No regrets here!!

I had been car shopping for quite some time with little success, especially considering my meager budget. I\'m a graduate student and knew what I could and could not afford. Gary K. was great about making sure the car I chose was in tip-top condition and treated me like I was buying a new MKZ! The staff was awesome, facilities great and follow-up amazing. Since Pontiac is no more, I may have to send my allegiance to Bob Boyd when I\'m ready for a new car purchase.

we ordered 2011 mkx from Teddy - he was able to get the exact car we requested. we had ordered from bob boyd previously and were able to save $ as we did once again with this purchase. it was worth the 1 1/2 hr drive to pick up car! He was very helpful with instructions on how to work phone, nav etc. would recommend Bob Boyd and Teddy!

The sales person with whom I worked and ordered my car through left Bob Boyd before I took delivery. The transition to the new salesperson was seamless. He was very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me going over the cars amenities and answered all my questions. I will recommend Bob Boyd to friends and family and, more specifically, I will recommended they ask for Chris.

The process of buying new cars is always frustrating to me, however I have finally found a dealership who was easy to deal with, listened to what I wanted, and actually came through. I would recommend dealing with Gary Whitehead and Robin Thomas, they are amazing! Great dealership, Great people!

I have never enjoyed the process of purchasing a vehicle, however, the wonderful staff at Bob Boyd went above and beyond to make this experience wonderful! I will absolutely look at Bob Boyd in the future when it is once again, time to purchase a new vehicle. Awesome! Jim Helm, Barb and John Eagle were wonderful. I was in a car accident and my 3 month old Edge was totaled. The team was able to find me the exact same color (Earth Brown) in Chicago. A motorcycle hit me head on going 100 miles an hour and if it were not for the quality and care Ford takes to build these cars I would not have survived the accident. We saw how the car bent in the correct places and how everything worked the way it was supposed to. Thank you for the great products you make.
