I went to Bob-Boyd looking for a 2012 Navigator. My salesperson, Bayanah Robinson, was terrific to work with and made this purchase very pleasant. She was helpful without being pushy. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, but I also could tell that Bayanah was going do whatever it took to help me with the purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted. Even when I changed my mind and went from the smaller Navigator to the \"L\" model, she never made me feel pressured. Great job, great help, excellent sales person. We stopped by to look at a Navigator and after driving it Chris showed us a MKT. After few days of shopping around we made up our mind to get a lincoln mkt. We tested few different ones and different dealerships and came back to this one for few reasons. One was the price and then the experience that we had with Chris, his help, his knowledge. So just want to say great place to shop for your next car and ask for Chris.

Out off all my years of driving this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Rob Zellner was great, between him and the finance manager I was in and out in under 2 hours with keys in hand. I returned to Lincoln after driving a Lexus for a couple of years the ride was smoother and roomier. I had been a Lincoln driver for over fifteen years from driving a Continental, to a Navigator and now the MKX it just keeps getting better i couldn\'t have ask for better service from the people who helped me when i was ready to purchase my vehicle. I love when it comes on with the Lincoln logo, like saying good morning are you ready for another adventure.

I began my search for a low mileage certified used car after stressing for months about the miles on my lease. I obtained financing prior and knew what I wanted, but I needed to narrow down my list of the 3 cars in which I was interested. Bob Boyd Lincoln was the 4th dealership I visited in one week. I would have never visited, if it was not for a coworker\'s suggestion. I checked the website, did my research, and stopped in for a test drive. My husband suggested I think it over since I had an appointment with another dealership the next morning. Rob suggested I take the car overnight. After further research that evening, my decision was made. We were able to negotiate a price in which I was happy, I bought a 2011 with 10K miles and I did not leave wondering if it was a car I really wanted (or could afford). I have had four new cars in the last 13 years - two leases and two purchases. This was by far the best experience in the least amount of time.

I was looking for a Mustang. I found a 2000 Mustang GT at Bob-Boyd Lincoln. The car had three things going for it; Great shape, low mileage, and a very good value. The dealership was bright and clean. Had a sit down \'cafe type\' area for coffee, tea, & water. Teddy was my salesman. A very nice man indeed. Dave was the gentleman who helped me pick a warranty policy suited for my needs. Neither Teddy, nor Dave were pushy in any way. No drawnout courtship here. It\'s wasn\'t long before I said, I do! I did buy the Mustang and my wife and I are very happy with it. Would I shop for a new or used car at Bob-Boyd Lincoln in the future? Yes indeed I would.

From the time I saw the 2000 Mustang GT on line and saw that it was at Bob-Boyd Lincoln, just 2 miles away, I knew it was mine. Arriving at the dealership, there it was. The black beauty prominently displayed in front of the building. I hopped out of my car to check it out. \"Mine, all mine\". After a few minutes of examining the car, I went inside. Teddy Edstrom was walking towards Dave Wilson\'s office (The Business Manager). He stopped in his tracks and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in the Mustang that was parked out front. He said he would get the keys and be right with me. From that time on, I felt like I was dealing with a friend. Teddy was very helpful with answering all my questions. I wanted to surprise my wife and take the car for a test drive and pick her up at Bone Fish Grill in Dublin. The only problem; the car was missing an accelerator pedal. Teddy tried his parts shop, the gentleman was eager to help, but the best he could do was order one. Teddy tried another dealership that specifically deals in Fords. They could do nothing but order one that might take up to a week to get it, and possibly not even get one of the two available. Leaving Teddy to hunt for a pedal, I took off to pick up my wife. Arriving back at the dealership, Teddy explained to me that he had not found a pedal, but he assured me he was going to track one down if he had to stay all night (by the way, He stayed with me only to miss a nice dinner meeting at the Columbus Auto Show). We started up the car, listened to, growl, pulsate, and run like the thoroughbred it is. He asked me if I was ready to make a deal. I was 99% ready and 1% waiting for the pedal. My wife and I left a $100.00 refundable deposit and went home to think about it. The next day, early, my wife called me at work. \"Teddy will be by when you get home from work to pick you up and take you to your car.\" He was true to his word, he found the pedal, and picked me up at the time he said he would. He followed through. Once he and I completed our business, I met with Dave Wilson. He presented me with a nice warranty package that would meet all my needs for the next two years. All-in-all, my experience at Bob-Boyd Lincoln was very positive and actually enjoyable. Would I check out Bob-Boyd Lincoln again for a new or used car? Yes! Would I seek out Teddy to help me find what I want? Yes! Would I sit and listen to Dave explain to me warranty options? Yes! Would I buy from Bob-Boyd Lincoln again? Absolutely

I have purchased probably 9 vehicles from the Bob Boyd Auto Family-including a Jeep Wrangler over a span of years since 1987. The majority of the cars have been Lincoln products. I have found Steve and his sales team (Teddy and Gary in particular)to be honest and fully knowledgable of the product. I have dealt with Teddy since 2004. Nobody fights harder for your customer satisfaction than Steve the Sales Manager. Everyone wants you to feel like family and they are successful in accomplishing that goal. You leave knowing that you got a fair deal. I am a very fussy individual and want what I want and sometimes hard to deal with, but this sales team goes the extra mile to make you a happy customer. I would not consider buying a car at another dealorship. The show room is spotless along with the rest of their facilities. Service team is top shelve also. Buying a car can be fun and a very pleasant experience if you just come to Bob Boyd of Columbus.

My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle, we found the vehicle on the internet and decided to take the hour drive to 2 different dealers, things didn\'t work out at the first dealer so we decided to take the extra 30 min ride over to Bob Boyd to look at the second vehicle, we was over whelmed with customer service from the minute we walked in until we drove off the lot in the car we came to look at. Chris and Jim went over and beyond helping us get what we wanted with our trade in and the price we wanted to pay out the door. This was the first time that buying a car wasn\'t a big hassle for us and we drove off in the car we wanted and not the one forced on us. The follow up call from Chris the next day to see if we got home ok and if everything was fine with the car was another first, we will be coming back to this dealership as long as they will have us.

Awesome! Jim Helm, Barb and John Eagle were wonderful. I was in a car accident and my 3 month old Edge was totaled. The team was able to find me the exact same color (Earth Brown) in Chicago. A motorcycle hit me head on going 100 miles an hour and if it weren\'t for the quality and care Ford takes to build these cars I wouldn\'t have survived the accident.
